Shipping Policy
1. Shipping location
Binbon Kids orders are shipped from Germany by Jouri Fashion.
2. Shipping destinations
We ship within Germany and to selected European countries. Available destinations, delivery options and shipping costs are shown during checkout before you place your order.
3. Processing time
Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Processing may take longer during busy periods, holidays or if additional order checks are required.
4. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Germany: approximately 2-5 business days.
- Europe: approximately 3-8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping confirmation
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email where available. Tracking information will be provided if supported by the selected shipping method.
6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are paid by the customer unless a promotion or free-shipping rule is clearly shown during checkout.
7. Delayed or lost parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@binbonkids.com with your order number. We will help check the shipment with the carrier.
8. Incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing the order. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional costs may apply.
