These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through the Binbon Kids online store.
2. Products
We sell selected baby and children's clothing. We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and device display.
Product availability, descriptions and prices may change. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund any unavailable item if necessary.
Some products may be offered at a reduced price as special-condition items. Where this applies, the relevant condition note, such as minor handling marks, visible storage marks or other cosmetic imperfections, will be shown in the product photos or description. Customers should review the photos, description, size options and condition notes before ordering.
3. Orders and contract
By placing an order, you submit an offer to buy the selected products. A purchase contract is formed when we accept your order, for example by sending an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@binbonkids.com.
4. Prices, taxes and shipping costs
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping costs and any available delivery options are shown during checkout before you place the order.
For deliveries outside Germany or outside the European Union, additional local charges, customs duties or import taxes may apply where legally applicable. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise during checkout.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and selected payment providers. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped from Germany. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and during checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, holidays, high demand or events outside our control.
7. Returns, withdrawal and refunds
Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless a legal exception applies. Details are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights, including rights for defective or incorrectly delivered goods.
8. Product care and use
Customers are responsible for following product labels, care instructions and size information. If you have a question about sizing or product details, contact us before purchasing.
9. Customer accounts
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for making sure your account information is accurate.
10. Intellectual property
The website content, design, images, logos, brand elements and text are owned by or licensed to Jouri Fashion, Binbon Kids, Shopify or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without permission.
11. Reviews, messages and user content
If you submit reviews, messages or other content to us, you confirm that the content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or inappropriate.
12. Third-party services and links
Our store may include links or integrations with third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers, Instagram or TikTok. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Liability
We are liable in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability, or mandatory consumer rights.
14. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer residing in another country, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may still apply.
