Return and Refund Policy
1. Return eligibility
Every item is carefully selected and checked before it is shipped. For this reason, we only accept a return or refund when there is a fault on our side, for example: the item arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or the item is materially different from its description and photos.
We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to a fault on our side, such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or simply not liking the item once it arrives.
2. How to request a return

Please describe the issue and include your order number and, where possible, photos of the item. We will review your report and let you know how we will proceed.
3. Return conditions
Where a return is accepted, items should be sent back in the same condition in which you received them, with tags where applicable and with the original packaging where possible.
4. Return deadline
Once a return is approved, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

5. Return shipping costs
Where a return is approved because of a fault on our side, Binbon Kids covers the direct cost of return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once an approved return is received, we will refund eligible payments. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them back.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us as soon as possible at info@binbonkids.com with your order number and photos if available.
8. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color or item, the fastest solution is usually to place a new order.
9. Limited-time campaign and discounted items
Products offered under our Limited-Time Deals or other campaign pricing are sold at a reduced price precisely because they may include a minor cosmetic imperfection, as disclosed at the time of purchase. Because this is disclosed in advance, these items are sold as final sale: no return, exchange, or refund is available for these items, whether or not a minor imperfection is present.
